The Curves circuit combines a cardiovascular workout with
strength training, plus stretching, to build lean muscle tissue,

energy, and fewer inches and pounds.
Curves works at all fitness levels. With our hydraulic
equipment, the harder you work, the greater the resistance –
like trying to run in a swimming pool!
You work out at your own pace. Because you only spend 30 seconds
on each station, before moving to the next station, there is no
time to get bored. And no need to change weights or fiddle with
seat heights. Watched over by qualified staff all the time, you
should achieve results you could only previously have wished
for.
