CURVES  Newsletter  April 2008

 

This month we are awarding two Elite Member T Shirts to Carole Nash and Mandy Bradley.

Carole and Mandy have been working out consistently with Curves since they joined us in August 07. They have lost 26.5 inches and 12lbs between them. Carole and Mandy joined up together are very supportive and keep each other motivated. Their fitness levels have improved tremendously and they are very focused on their own personal goals. Both ladies bring their own brand of humour and are a lot of fun and have encouraged several friends to join as well!

 

 

100 - Workouts: Congratulations to Jackie Sheringham Ford, Jackie Lanza and Iris Lockett. They have all earned their One Hundred  Workout  T shirts this month.

Don’t forget the last Friday of this month to bring in a family member or friend to take part in a free workout. A health history form does need to be completed by each person before they start the circuit.

We have two new pieces of equipment a glute machine and a lateral lift machine.
